Authorship and Writing of SEO Blog Posts, Articles, Essays, and Opinion Pieces

Service Description

This service will deliver an authored written work of 1000 words (approx) in English language in the field of law, politics, civil rights, society, governance, or other allied fields. The authored written work will be in the form of a SEO blog post, an article, an essay, or an opinion piece, as per the preference of the client, and the authorship will reflect the style of writing of the author as also reflected in the works linked to his profile (the clients are encouraged to read these works, for these are not the waste of time for sure). The author will present a self-edited and self-proofread written work to the client, and the client will be able to use it as it is unless he/she desires modification for his/her specific needs, which he/she will be able to do as per his/her own liking as all copyrights except moral authorship shall stand transferred to the client. The service will include the following steps:

Step 1: The client shall issue commission with a brief for an authored written work. The brief shall specify the form; i.e., a blog post, an article, an essay, or an opinion piece; in which the authored written work is desired; the target audience for the authored written work; the topic and the subject on which the client desires the authorship of the written work; and the keywords (if any) desired to be inserted in the authored written work.

Step 2 (optional): Secondary research only; no primary research.

Step 3: Authoring of the written work of 1000 words (approx) in the form specified by the client in step 1.

Step 4: Delivery of the authored written work.

Note:

1. The complete authority over the style & content of the authored written work shall be that of the author, and the client brief shall not provision the style or the content.

2. The secondary research shall be the prerogative of the author, and the client shall not determine the tone, the tenor, or the duration of the secondary research. The author can also opt out of conducting the secondary research.

3. The authored written work or this service shall not be construed as any kind of consultancy service or any promise to represent the client in any forum whatsover, viz. courts, arbitration, mediation, settlement negotiation, media, general or specified public, etc.

4. The author can withdraw from the service at anytime after step 1; i.e., after the client issues commission; without incurring any liability.

5. If the client files any legal proceedings against the author in connection with this service, he/she shall indemnify the author of the costs of the legal proceedings.
