Authorship of Essays, Opinions, Articles, or Blog Posts

Service Description

This service will deliver an authored written work of 1000 words approx in English language in the form of an article, essay, opinion, blog, etc, as desired by the client. The service will include the following steps:

Step 1: The client shall issue commission with a written brief not exceeding 100 words for an authored written work. The brief shall specify the form; i.e., article, essay, opinion, blog post, etc; in which the authored written work is desired; the target audience for the authored written work; and the topic or subject on which the client desires authorship of the written work.

Step 2 (optional): Secondary research (mainly online including AI). No primary research.

Step 3: Authoring of the written work of 1000 words approx in the form specified by the client in step 1.

Step 4: Delivery of the written work.

Note:

1. The authored written work shall be of 1000 words approx.

2. The complete authority over the style & content of the authored written work shall be that of the author, and the client brief will not provision the style or content.

3. The moral authorship over the authored written work shall be retained by the author; other copyrights shall stand transferred to the client, and the client will be free to use the authored written work in whatever manner deemed appropriate by him, with or without editing, at his own risk but without prejudice to the moral authorship of the author.

4. The secondary research shall be the prerogative of the author, and the client shall not determine the tone and tenor, or the duration of the secondary research. Nor will the secondary research be the necessary condition of the authorship. Author can also opt out of conducting the secondary research.

5. The authored written work or this service shall not be construed as any kind of consultancy service or any promise to represent the client in any forum whatsover, viz. courts, arbitration, mediation, settlement negotiation, media, general or specified public, etc.

6. The author can withdraw from the service at anytime after step 1; i.e., after the client issues commission; without incurring any liability.

7. The author has the experience of authoring essays, opinions, articles, blogs, etc, in the field of law, politics, civil rights, society, etc; however, this service is not restricted to these fields only. The author has left links to his written works in his profile, and the client shall be deemed to have gone through it before issuing commission.

8. If the client files any legal proceedings against the author in connection with this service, he shall indemnify the author of the costs of the legal proceedings.
