If yes, the Vattenfall DES Nordic team – responsible for Vattenfall’s solar, battery, and flexibility services – can offer an interesting opportunity to work with products and solutions that make a difference.

About the role

As Web Editor and Content Creator within the Nordic DES team, you will support the solar and battery business in business development projects and daily operational work.

  • Web Editor: You will produce, analyze and improve content on the website, keeping SEO, CRO and potential A/B-tests in mind.
  • Content Creator: You will help the daily, operational business with copywriting and design, creating and updating assets such as sales folders, order forms and confirmations, emails, newsletters and surveys.
  • Communicator: You will assist in business development initiatives, creating customer-centric communication, appealing offers and comprehensible information based on business strategy and customer and market insights.

As a person you need capabilities such as:

  • Creativity paired with attention to detail. You understand the possibilities and boundaries in brand guidelines.
  • Capacity to work in a fast speeded and changing business area where priorities and tasks may change rapidly.
  • Being structured and capable to work independently.
  • A ‘get things done’-mentality, i.e. a pragmatic approach, an ability to think out of the box and deliver in time.
  • Curiosity and the courage to suggest and argue for your own ideas and standpoints.
  • Having a true team spirit.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Swedish and English verbally and in writing. Finnish is meritorious.
  • Academic degree within preferably digital communication or marketing and/or minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Experience and proven track record as a communicator and/or web editor
  • Understanding of SEO and accessibility guidelines
  • Experience from working with:
  • CMS and CRM systems (we use Episerver and Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Web analysis tools such as Piwik Pro, Google Analytics, Matomo or similar
  • SEO tools such as Ahrefs or similar

Meritorious:

  • Previous work in the solar business or within a technical field
  • Previous work in a large, complex organization
  • Experience from agile way of working
  • Customer surveys – planning, effectuation and analysis of results
  • Experience/interest in UX design
  • Experience in working with email marketing
  • Marketing automation knowledge

Location: Solna, Sweden. 40 % work place flexibility, 60 % office presence required.
