Job Description

Description

Company Overview

Founded in 2007, Quimbee is on a mission to empower every legal journey. Our cutting-edge platform provides law students and legal professionals with the essential tools and resources they need for success. From expert-written case briefs and engaging video lessons to practice exams and multiple-choice quizzes, Quimbee is revolutionizing legal education and bar preparation. We’re a dynamic, fast-paced company looking for an exceptional marketing leader to shape our future growth.

The Opportunity

Quimbee team members must be masters at what they do. Whether you are a brilliant legal writer, product leader, or subject matter expert we look for the top 1%. As the vice president of marketing, you are the executive designated to drive revenue growth and trusted to shape the perception of our company, products, and services.

As the head of the marketing department, you play a pivotal role in driving Quimbee’s continued expansion in the legal industry. You’ll own the full spectrum of our marketing, including strategy, developing innovative campaigns, and overseeing a team to boost brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and foster lifelong relationships with our users. This is an excellent opportunity to take an expanding organization to the next level of growth.

Results-driven ownership: Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Quimbee’s overall business objectives and drives measurable market growth.

Branding & messaging: Evolve and strengthen Quimbee’s brand, creating a compelling narrative that resonates and builds our reputation with our target audience across legal education and the professional sector. Ensure messaging aligns with the brand and engages our target market.

Funnel + conversion management: Develop and oversee high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that nurture funnel conversions across student and professional markets: attract new customers, entice new trial starts, and convert to subscriptions.

Content & product improvements: Partner with cross-functional teams such as (product) to identify new product features and content opportunities to enhance our visibility, user engagement, and conversion.

Data-driven approach: Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns, track performance, and identify areas for improving conversions and driving revenue.

Team management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and a culture of excellence.

Agency partnership: Select and manage marketing consultants and agencies.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as product + content) and the executive team (CEO, COO) to ensure a unified approach to marketing and company goals.
