Job Description

• Creating all written content; labels, helpers, buttons, all sorts of microcopy, and user guides based on the tone of voice of the product
• Continuously checking and updating the ever-evolving product texts for consistency and recency
• Creating and maintaining the Papara's written style guides, technical and process documentation
• Working closely with UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders

Skills

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics, Language & Literature, Communication Design or a related field or equivalent
• Bridging the gap between brand and product in the areas of style, standards, and communication in a way that supports the overall user experience
• 3-5 years of experience designing and writing content for digital products
• Writing and speaking English proficiently
• Have experience with localization and translation processes
• Converting a complex idea into a simple and direct message
• Comfortable in a startup environment, multitasking and tailoring your strategy to project needs
• Being a good communicator and understanding the user’s needs and problems.
• Experience using design tools such as Figma.
• Embedding with a product design team to create clear, helpful, and concise user-interface content in the context of design projects
• Living for readability, usability, and creativity
