TikTok Content Creator

12 months fixed term contract

As the TikTok Content Creator focusing on TikTok, Reels, YT shorts and supporting other social channels, you’ll be working with one of our clients – to help them grow their social media credentials across different platforms and target audiences – primarily driven by video formats. 

In this role, you will wear many hats – a marketer, a project manager and a community manager – thus, the ability to pivot quickly and effectively is critical to this role. We’re looking for someone passionate about social media, who understands what is driving trends, is well-versed in social media management and has strong content creation skills.


  • Build and manage the content strategy for TikTok in partnership with the social media strategist.
  • Keep up to date with content-related digital and social best practices and industry trends to identify opportunities for engagement 
  • Be the guardian of video content for all social channels.
  • Own the entire process of shooting, editing and uploading the content while measuring performance to drive future strategy.


  • Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or equivalent industry experience, ideally in technology, creative marketing or social media agencies
  • 3+ years of experience in social media with a focus on TikTok
  • Excellent video editing and shooting skills. Should ideally have a certification in video editing software 
  • Has a finger on the pulse of pop culture and the Gen Z audience, enjoys driving energy around the latest and the greatest
  • A high level of attention to detail and an ability to multitask with fast turnaround times. 
  • Experience in working closely with Brand/ Consumer Marketing teams is a plus. Strong ability to apply market research, data, and strategy to come up with innovative outcomes.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Team player who communicates openly to ensure that drives cohesion.
  • Well-organised and manages time well 
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and – ideally – fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning JAPAC.
