Job Description: Wati is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation that enhances the user experience and ensures customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Research and write documents such as user manuals, release notes, training manuals, technical notes, troubleshooting guides, Help docs, API documentation, FAQs, and online help.

Create, proofread, and edit documentation to ensure consistency of language and style, as well as the correct application of templates.

Work with the Head of Support to build the internal knowledge base and maintain the Help docs.

Collaborate with development teams, SMEs, product managers, and business heads to develop, write, and maintain end-user/system administration documentation.

Keep all assigned documentation components up-to-date, while meeting high-quality standards.

Coordinate and collaborate with Support, development, QA, marketing, Customer Success, and related groups through the product-lifecycle process to collect information, meet requirements, and document.

Professionally and consistently self-edit your own work and assist in editing the work of other team members when necessary.

Meet requirements for speed, deadlines, and methodology.

Good to have skills in instructional design and building Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Requirements

4+ years of experience in technical writing.

Proven experience in writing user manuals, release notes, training manuals, technical notes, troubleshooting guides, Help docs, API documentation, FAQs, and online help.

Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure consistency of language and style.

Experience working with development teams, SMEs, product managers, and business heads.
