Job Description

Almost anyone can produce digital trash and learn to use tools like zendesk, but very few have the ability to simplify complex information into simple, concise and yet accurate content that the target audience can understand on their own.

Being in a startup, you would also get opportunities to work with engineering and product teams and contribute to the overall product development.

We are looking for a technical writer to help us develop our product helpcenter documentation, helpdesk system etc. Come be a star in a fast growing startup and take your career to the next level.

You Should

  • Be able to obtain deep understanding of our products and services and translate complex product information into simple, polished and enagaging content.
  • Must have excellent command on setting up and managing a customer support system/document publishing system such as zendesk, freshdesk etc.
  • Posses excellent written and verbak communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated strong research and analytics skills
    • Desired 1+ years of recent experience doing this with excellent performance track record.
