What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in English literature, Mass Communication, or relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical writing.
- Create and maintain a central knowledge database, including updates, organization, translation requests, announcements, and known issues.
- Support the creation and management of training materials for product verticals.
- Respond to feedback on the knowledge database and training materials from clients or third parties.
- Audit knowledge database and training materials to ensure current and accurate information.
- Experience with document repositories such as SharePoint or Sprinto is a plus.
- Experience creating processes for ISO audits is advantageous.
- Audit experience in ISO 27001, ISO9001, and SOC2 (preferred but not required).
- Proven ability to document business operations to ensure compliance with management system standards.
- Demonstrate thorough technical knowledge to accurately interpret and document organizational language.
- Ability to adapt to changes in business, industry, and management practices, and develop assessment styles accordingly.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with a strong sense of energy, passion, and commitment.
- Certified training in project management, technical documentation, business documentation, and certification frameworks is a plus.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with the Compliance Lead/team to audit the company against national and international information security standards (ISO 27001, ISO9001, SOC2, etc.).
- Develop strong internal relationships to understand and document business services.
- Ensure thorough documentation for successful certification or re-certification audits.
- Deliver timely, cost-effective services that meet company needs.
- Assist in various audits for certification purposes.
- Create clear, accurate documentation for business processes and procedures.
- Translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Improve and refine existing content.
- Develop product manuals, internal, and external documentation.
- Assist with marketing collateral and social media information.
- Co-design methodologies to prioritize and set standards.
- Develop change management plans and staff announcement templates.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for streamlined activities.
