Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assists with meeting notes, deliverable formatting, and status report preparation.
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring deliverables are client-acceptable.
- Develop, edit, and format all deliverables in compliance with client requirements.
- Maintain version control and consistency across all reports deliverables.
- Prepare monthly status reports, weekly meeting minutes, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in documenting technical findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional technical writing experience, preferably supporting federal programs or financial management projects.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and editing technical documentation, reports, and deliverables for government or enterprise clients.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to create compliant, polished deliverables.
- Knowledge of federal reporting and documentation standards, including version control and formatting consistency.
- Ability to capture and distill meeting notes, stakeholder input, and technical discussions into clear, concise, and professional documentation.
- Experience with document management processes including editing, reviewing, and formatting to ensure compliance with client standards.
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and plain-language writing, with the ability make technical material accessible to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, and version histories.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to support the Project Manager and technical team in producing client‑acceptable deliverables.
- Workdays: Monday‑Friday
- Must be a US Citizen or have a Permanent Resident Card
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
- Must be able to clear a federal background investigation – Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
