Technical Writer

Description

  • Documents enhancements or changes to a product or process using a standardized style and structure and collects all related technical information to be reflected in the documentation.
  • Uses a variety of editing, content management, diagramming, screen capture, and other documentation tools and recommends improvements to the documentation process including identifying best practices and establishing documentation templates.
  • Writes easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
  • Obtains a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
  • Collaborates and confers with stakeholders to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, and technical specifications.
  • Researches, creates, and maintains information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allows for easy data migration
  • Must always be diligent in protecting company data confidentiality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing
  • Mastering writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy
  • General awareness of fintech and understanding of electronic payments main concepts
  • Proficiency with documentation tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, RoboHelp)
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage work with different stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts
  • Commitment to organization’s business needs and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, QC engineers and business development representatives.

123 Shared Cash Network is a state-of-the-art secured infrastructure connecting all ATMs and cash points across Egypt. The network accepts all types of cards including credit, prepaid, governmental and private sector payroll and pension.

  • Automated Clearing house Network “EG-ACH”

an electronic funds transfer system governed by the Egyptian Banks Company (EBC) under the supervision of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE). The national system enables automation of bank transfers via a national secured platform.

  • Meeza

Meeza is the domestic card scheme and the favorite payment method for government bills, in-store purchases and e-commerce. More than 31.4 million cardholders in Egypt enjoy a seamless and convenient payment experience using “Meeza” cards.

  • InstaPay

The App enables instant interbank transfers 24/7, transfers to bank accounts, digital wallets, and any Meeza card. InstaPay is the first operating application via Instant Payment Network that is expected to include all banks operating in Egypt by mid-2022.
