The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products, services, and processes. Your documentation will be crucial in helping our customers, employees, and stakeholders understand complex technical information.


  • Research, write, edit, and proofread technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, release notes, and online help resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and product developers to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content.
  • Organize and present technical information in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner.
  • Develop and maintain a documentation style guide to ensure consistency and readability.
  • Keep documentation up to date to reflect changes in products, features, or processes.
  • Create and update visual aids, such as diagrams and illustrations, to enhance the understanding of complex concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that documentation aligns with product development timelines and milestones.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of technical documentation.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in enterprise software.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using documentation and publishing tools (e.g., Confluence, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or other relevant software).
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.
  • Experience with visual communication tools, such as Adobe Illustrator or Visio.
  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
