Your new role

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation that is easy to read and covers the most recent version of our product. You will work in a fast-paced agile organization, where a document that was created today might need to be updated again tomorrow, because a new feature was implemented. You will be communicating with product designers and developers to understand product details, and at the same time also be working with our support engineers to create and update existing documentation based on queries arising from our customers.

Your Challenge

  • Communicate with product designers and developers to understand product details
  • Collaborate with technical staff
  • Analyze and manage existing and potential content
  • Make high-quality documentation that meets our standards, is appropriate and easy to use
  • Produce and distribute tutorials to help end-users use our platform
  • Interpret complex software/product features and functions and translate them into a concise, relevant, and readable format Assess and evaluate both user and employee needs, and the level of knowledge relevant to technical documentation
  • Proofread and edit content created by other technical staff


About you

  • Proven work experience in Technical Writing of Software Documentation or a similar role
  • Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customers
  • Excellent written skills in English · Ability to understand basic programming code
  • Demonstrate a can-do approach both in mentality and in attitude
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Background in Engineering or Computer Science is a big plus
