Description

  • Write and Update User guide, Online Help Documents and Training materials  content as needed for our Products.
  • Conduct walkthrough with customer and relevant stakeholders
  • Analyse new requirements, provide functional design and identifying individual tasks to be detailed in the User Guide and other related documents.
  • Build the flow diagrams and detail the key features user would be using
  • Create functional document in order to meet requirements.
  • Contribute to document the discussions around the fulfilment of requirements and key product features from functional prospective.
  • Comply with Civica’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Research education-related topics (combining online sources, existing application, user guides and studies)
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using Content/help Management Systems
  • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
  • Submit work to lead Business Analyst for input and approval
  • Conduct simple keyword research and frequent queries in the help and User guides
  • Write and Review the Release Notes
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

Requirements

1. Develops user manuals, program documentation, training manuals, and operational procedures from scratch – 2 to 4 Years

2. Frequently coordinated with other technical writers to preparation and publication of all in-house technical materials – 2 to 4 Years

3. Regularly work with experts on specific subject matters to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and usability of all technical content – 2 to 4 Years

4. Fluent in grammar, information mapping, vocabulary and plain English writing – 2 to 4 Years

5. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal qualities – 2 to 4 Years
