We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our team at Global Software Solutions Group (GSS), a leading and award-winning enterprise solution provider in the Banking and Financial Services space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Writing:
    Write and create high-quality technical content, including technical documentation, architecture diagrams, whitepapers, manuals, and guides.
    Understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly and effectively for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proposal Writing:
    Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals), write detailed technical proposals, and collaborate with stakeholders to tailor responses to client needs.
    Ensure proposals align with the company’s technical solutions and goals, highlighting relevant expertise and capabilities.
  • Collaboration with Teams:
    Work closely with technical teams (e.g., developers, engineers) to gather detailed information on product features, systems, and architecture.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive content and materials that represent the company’s offerings.
  • Presentation Design:
    Create visually engaging content using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint to present technical solutions, project plans, and product features to clients and internal teams.
    Design and update company presentations for client-facing meetings and conferences.
  • Content Strategy:
    Assist in creating and implementing a content strategy for technical documents, proposal responses, and client communications.
    Work on improving existing content and ensuring consistency and clarity across all documentation.
  • Research & Continuous Learning:
    Stay updated on the latest trends in technology and industry best practices.
    Research and integrate new technologies into content to ensure it remains relevant and accurate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in the tech or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture, systems design, and technology concepts.
  • Experience writing RFP responses and technical proposals.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging presentations using Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and break them down into clear, understandable content.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with technical diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Previous experience in business development or client-facing roles is a plus.
