 Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Tech Content Editor to write and edit commercial content for one of our Dutch websites focusing on web3, blockchain and tech.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the narrative around products and services in the web3, blockchain and tech space, leveraging their writing skills to captivate and convert the target audience.


Responsibilities:

  • Create tech content that informs our readers about products and services in the web3 and blockchain industry.

  • Researching and planning commercial web3 and tech content

  • Writing and editing commercial web3 and tech content

  • Managing writers for articles, news briefs, and analysis pieces

  • Managing and editing content from writers or contributors (PRs)

  • Collaborating with other members of the content team to ensure a steady flow of content

  • Helping to develop and maintain the publication’s editorial voice and style

  • Keeping up to date with current events and trends in the field

  • Designing content plans for written and video media

  • Aligning content strategy with social media strategy and creating content for other outlets

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in content writing and editing.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in both English and Dutch. In this area, you are the crème de la crème in Dutch-speaking territory.

  • Proven knowledge of the web3 and tech fields

  • Creative thinking ability and the capacity to generate original ideas.

  • Strong research and analytical skills

  • The ability to write in a clear and concise manner for a general audience

  • The ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in layman’s terms

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest news and developments

  • Strong management and organizational skills to help manage content and other team members

  • A good understanding of SEO, and how to write for the web

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure that all content is accurate and error-free
