Responsibilities
- Establish Content Guidelines: Develop and maintain a content writing system and guidelines to ensure consistency across products, helping Amartha speak with a clear and unified voice.
- User-Centered Copywriting: Write user-focused, actionable copy for Amartha’s digital products, including onboarding flows, microcopy, error messages, and call-to-actions that drive engagement and understanding.
- Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define content needs, goals, and strategies for 0-to-1 product development and key initiatives.
- Mentor Junior Writers: Provide guidance to junior writers and content contributors, ensuring quality standards and consistency in tone and voice.
- Collaborate with Product and Design Teams: Work closely with design and product teams to integrate UX writing seamlessly into the user experience, from ideation through to final implementation.
- Project Management: Manage content-related project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of UX copy for product releases.
Requirements
- Proven Experience in UX Writing: 3+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work and approach to user-centered content.
- Strong Understanding of Content Strategy: Experience building and implementing content guidelines or writing systems for scalable use across multiple products.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas and rationales clearly to cross-functional teams, promoting consistency and alignment.
- User Research Proficiency: Experience with conducting and analyzing user research to inform content choices, including usability testing, surveys, and A/B testing.
- Experience with Collaborative Tools: Proficiency in Figma, or other collaborative tools used in product design and content management.
