Job Title: Social Media Manager/Writer
Schedule: Flexible with 4 hours of overlap under US MDT (Mountain Daylight time)
Salary Range: $900-1200/month
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging content across all social channels
- Edit and post marketing materials, graphics, and videos in line with the brand’s tone and style
- Write engaging and compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategy with overall marketing objectives
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed
- Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Track and report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement, followers, and conversions
- Stay up to date with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts with a track record of measurable success
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and content creation strategies
- Experience in running campaigns that led to increased engagement, followers, or conversions
- Portfolio showcasing social media successes with metrics (e.g., increased engagement, followers, or impressions)
- Written portfolio of blogs, posts, or other materials
- Knowledge of personal finance is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
