Description

Job Title: Social Media Manager/Writer

Schedule: Flexible with 4 hours of overlap under US MDT (Mountain Daylight time)

Salary Range: $900-1200/month 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and schedule engaging content across all social channels
  • Edit and post marketing materials, graphics, and videos in line with the brand’s tone and style
  • Write engaging and compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategy with overall marketing objectives
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed
  • Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Track and report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement, followers, and conversions
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts with a track record of measurable success
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and content creation strategies
  • Experience in running campaigns that led to increased engagement, followers, or conversions
  • Portfolio showcasing social media successes with metrics (e.g., increased engagement, followers, or impressions)
  • Written portfolio of blogs, posts, or other materials
  • Knowledge of personal finance is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
