Job Description

Project Overview: MedSys is seeking a skilled Siemens Invision Programming/Reporting Resource to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is remote, offering flexibility while ensuring high-quality support and expertise to meet the client’s operational and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with Siemens Invision systems, including programming, data analysis, and report generation, and will be able to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and programming expertise to the hospital’s Siemens Invision system.
  • Develop, customize, and optimize Invision reports to meet specific business requirements and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows, and ensure accurate data representation in reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Work with other IT and healthcare professionals to align Invision functionality with the hospital’s goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Siemens Invision systems, including programming and report generation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with hospital staff and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment or with healthcare-related projects is highly desirable.
