Role Summary

You will facilitate system transfer and knowledge processing by organizing and conducting training programs and creating multiple documentation types, such as training programs, user manuals for OTC Billing, and Billing system guides. Collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other teams ensures accuracy across diverse audiences, including internal staff, client services, sales operations, and compliance groups. You will report to the Senior Billing Manager, NA.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive and clear technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, procedures, and reports tailored to the OTC Billing users.
  • Review, edit, and refine documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, following documentation standards.
  • Engage with SMEs to develop and review program documentation and apply an understanding of the OTC Billing process to produce accurate technical content.
  • Develop and produce content by using software applications that enhance technical learning output
  • Obtain an understanding of billing processes and services to translate complex billing flows into simple, informative, and engaging content that creates success.
  • Develop, and deliver training programs to other teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field –Required
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on knowledge base content or process documentation
  • 2+ years minimum of experience directly related to training.
  • Technical Writer Skills: The ability to write clear and precise technical documentation is crucial. This includes drafting manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical reports, and other documents related to finance and audits
  • Capability to Provide Training and Develop Educational Content: Must have experience creating educational materials and train. You will develop relevant training content and present it to diverse audiences.
