Summary of Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an intuitive knowledge base structure, ensuring optimal organization and ease of navigation.
  • Collaborate with teams (e.g., product & support) to identify, gather, and codify essential knowledge and information.
  • Continuously update and evolve the knowledge base to ensure its relevance and accuracy.
  • Write clear, concise, and user-friendly articles, guides, tutorials, FAQs, and other knowledge base resources.
  • Develop compelling product descriptions, feature highlights, use cases, and other product portfolio materials.
  • Tailor content to different audiences and ensure a consistent, engaging brand voice.
  • Implement effective search functionality, tagging, and metadata systems for knowledge and product information.
  • Establish guidelines and processes for knowledge base contributions and product documentation development.
  • Monitor usage analytics to identify trends, content gaps, and improvement areas in both the knowledge base and product portfolio presentation.


What your background looks like

  • 8+ years of technical content writing experience
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining knowledge bases from scratch.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills across diverse content types.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and/or Confluence.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management best practices and product positioning principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
