We’re looking for a Senior Content and Communications Manager to report to the Head of Marketing and own the end-to-end strategy and creation of inspiring, educational and engaging content. You’ll also look after Yapily’s owned and earned channels, including our website, SEO, social channels, and PR efforts. You’ll be responsible for raising brand awareness, building trust, and creating demand by attracting and delighting a loyal following through multimedia content and enabling campaigns that cut through the noise, and are brimming with value to engage our audiences.


  • Set and execute a content and comms strategy that amplifies Yapily’s key messages, including blogs, webpages, resources, reports, case studies, social media, and proactive PR.
  • Track and report on KPIs like website traffic, SEO, organic acquisition, search visibility, and engagement metrics, and take an iterative approach to content creation and promotion.
  • Own and evangelise Yapily’s Tone of Voice and brand architecture, helping develop our unique point of view through content and messaging.
  • Work closely with Demand Generation to produce content that creates demand and high engagement, enabling the delivery of the right content, to the right audience, on the right channel at the right time.
  • Generate announcements, media coverage and thought leadership editorial opportunities to build Yapily’s brand and key leadership profiles.
  • Collaborate with internal spokespeople and subject matter experts to create authoritative content and raise Yapily’s profile as an innovative player in open banking, open finance and fintech.
  • Work with the product and sales teams to launch new features/products, and deliver effective sales enablement material.
  • A passionate and creative writer who has strong experience marketing to a B2B audience.
  • Multi-faceted, with 3-5 years of experience combining SEO best practices with an editorial mindset to deliver top-notch, multi-channel content strategies.
  • While you may work with some freelancers, you are also hands-on and enjoy understanding complex technology and issues, getting into the details, and boiling down to produce engaging high-quality content across various channels.
  • A content marketer who likes to roll up their sleeves and not only write but produce engaging content using design and/or video to bring concepts to life with a bias for moving and executing fast.
  • Data-driven, with experience tracking and reporting on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush and Salesforce.
  • Curious, with a genuine interest in fintech/open banking.
  • Motivated by the pace of start-ups and the scale of the challenge.
