Job Description

Dotdash Meredith is looking for a highly motivated and digitally savvy Senior Commerce Editor to join the news/deals food team, working across EatingWell, Serious Eats, Allrecipes, and Food & Wine. The ideal candidate should have past editing and commerce experience, be a creative and quick problem solver, and have a passion for cooking, nutrition, and kitchen products. Culinary school and/or professional culinary experience or qualifications are a plus. As Senior Commerce Editor, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Editorial Director to edit timely food-related shopping content, onboard and manage freelancer relationships, and manage a small team of staff and contract writers. You will also assist with planning and executing coverage for large sale events, such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, as well as track and analyze performance to implement ways to improve monetization over time. This job requires both analytical and editorial skills to ensure our news/deals commerce content is accurate, inclusive, comprehensive, and accessible to all readers.
