The Role:

We are actively seeking freelance proposal writers for the EU market. Our proposal writers are responsible for creating, developing and submitting proposals on behalf of the organization and play a vital role in securing funding for our clients. This role requires working with a multidisciplinary team and is also client facing. The scope of Proposal Writer responsibilities includes:

• Researching and gathering relevant information about the project.

• Writing and reviewing proposals for accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborating with the innovation consultants to create a winning proposal strategy.

• Consulting with subject matter experts to obtain input for technical aspects of the proposal.

• Ensuring timely submission of proposals.

• Conducting post-proposal follow-up with clients and stakeholders.

So, what will you need? All applicants must have….

• Master’s degree or PHD in one of the following areas: Maritime Engineering, Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering, Hydrogen Energy, Environment & Sustainability, Green Technology, GHG Emissions.

• C1-C2 level English is a must.

• Some experience writing grant proposals for European commission programs as a must!

• Particular experience writing for the Innovation Fund program is very desirable.

• Some experience with EIC Pathfinder, RIA, IA, EIC Transitions programs is desirable.

This is a freelance fully remote contract position.
