Currently, we are looking for user-centered UX Writers with excellent writing, editing and linguistic skills for various challenging projects.

We are looking for a contractor for 6-9 months for our global marketplace client from Portugal. As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will analyze activities in the addressable paid media optimized towards ROI. You will be responsible for reporting on performance marketing, leading analytical projects with internal and external stakeholders, and formulating data-driven recommendations. One of your closest allies will be the Growth product and Martech product teams as you will collaboratively work to build and optimize the performance media capabilities. One of the key enablers is to ensure the adoption of a consistent measurement framework and ROI model. This role reports directly to the EU Head of Performance Marketing.

Salary: EUR 24-33/h net (B2B contract, freelance).

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role (web/marketing analyst) with a proven track record of
    achievements.
  • Very good knowledge of web analytics and online marketing, including expertise in Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with setting up Google Analytics 4 (this person will work on a migration project from
    GA360 to GA4 and will focus primarily on the validation of the already migrated tracking and creation of
  • Experience in building dashboards in tools like Google Data Studio (Looker), Tableau.
  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Autonomy in work.
  • Solving complex problems from scratch.
  • Knowledge of best practices in working as Web/Marketing analyst (like tracking).
  • Proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

  • Proven track record of ROI-oriented analyses and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML / CSS, and experience in managing conversion tracking scripts.
  • Knowledge of Python and/or Google BigQuery.
  • Knowledge of mobile attribution platforms (e.g. Adjust, Appsflyer).

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting web+app traffic analyses, drawing conclusions, and formulating recommendations.
  • Creation of dashboards to visualize traffic acquisition, flow, and segmentation.
  • Reporting on online marketing campaigns efficiency.
  • Recommendations on allocating budgets for many brands and markets.
  • Cooperation with departments of Performance Marketing, Product, Data, and external partners.
