As our TikTok and Instagram Superstar, your role is to shine in front of the webcam, creating engaging videos that have the potential to go viral. Beyond showcasing your on-screen charisma, we’re looking for someone with a keen eye for market trends, particularly within the supplement industry. Analyzing the success of videos in similar fields, especially within mushroom supplements, will be crucial. Additionally, your video-making skills should extend to basic editing to ensure your content stands out. You should embody a positive, likable, and energetic persona to captivate our audience.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Brand Awareness and Promotion: Elevate brand visibility and awareness among target audiences on these platforms. Craft content that resonates with users, effectively conveying the brand’s message.

📦 Content Creation and Curation: Develop and curate engaging, platform-specific content, including short-form videos, stories, posts, and live sessions. Tailor content to the unique algorithms and user behaviours of TikTok and Instagram.

📑 Audience Engagement: Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and participating in trends and challenges. Build a loyal following and foster a sense of community around the brand.

💼 Influencer Collaboration: Partner with influencers to broaden reach. Identify and collaborate with influencers whose followers align with the brand’s target audience.

📊 Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance. Track metrics like engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates to understand strategy effectiveness and inform future campaigns.

🗓️ Market Research: Stay abreast of trends on these platforms to ensure content remains relevant and appealing. Understand changing demographics and preferences of users on TikTok and Instagram.

🧾 Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns on these platforms to reach broader or targeted audiences. Create ads, set targeting parameters, and manage budgets and campaigns.

📦 Brand Voice and Image Maintenance: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, image, and overall marketing strategy. Consistency in these areas is crucial for building brand recognition and trust.

📑 Crisis Management: Handle any PR crises that may arise on these platforms, including negative comments or feedback. Manage the brand’s response in a timely and appropriate manner.

💼 Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitors’ social media strategies to stay ahead in the market and identify gaps or opportunities in the brand’s strategy.

Working Hours ⏰: Full time, from 9 AM to 5 PM Amsterdam, Paris time.


To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ Previous Experience: 3-5 years of prior experience in a similar role.

✅ Social Media Proficiency: Essential is a solid command of TikTok and Instagram, understanding their distinct features, algorithms, and user behaviours, especially in a dynamic startup environment.

✅ Content Creation Skills: A knack for crafting compelling, platform-specific content: encompassing images, videos, and text. Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and copywriting is highly advantageous.

✅ Marketing Principles Understanding: Knowledge of fundamental marketing principles and their application to social media, including branding, audience segmentation, and the marketing funnel.

✅ Trend Awareness: Keeping abreast of social media trends, platform updates, and popular culture to create timely and relevant content.

✅ Strategy Planning: Demonstrated experience in devising and executing social media strategies aligned with business goals.

✅ Community Management: Capable of effectively managing and engaging with an online community, maintaining a brand-consistent voice while responding to comments and messages.

✅ Collaboration Skills: A team player with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with other departments, such as design, content, and product, to create cohesive campaigns.

✅ Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing performance data using social media analytics tools, translating insights into actionable strategies. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., is a valuable skill.
