About the role

Role Overview:

Join Stayf’s global creative team as a Marketing Copywriter. You will focus on wellbeing, preventive health, employee engagement and creating value for our b2b clients. You will play a key role in shaping and executing the unique tone of voice, working closely with the marketing and projects teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling copy for paid campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

  • Write engaging content for the website with a strong storytelling and customer journey focus.

  • Create copy for various formats, including major marketing campaigns, tactical activations, push notifications, and performance banners.

  • Ensure all content aligns with Stayf’s brand guidelines and project objectives.

  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure text and visuals complement each other.

  • Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality.

Qualifications:

  • A portfolio showcasing your best work.

  • Experience and deep understanding of digital formats, including performance marketing and social media marketing (SMM).

  • Self-organized, confident, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Extensive knowledge of best practices in marketing and the creative industry, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge within the team.

  • Excellent storytelling skills in both short and long formats.

  • Ability to adapt your copywriting style to different brands’ tones of voice.

  • Native English language proficiency.

  • Experience in creative agencies or tech companies is a plus.

  • Experience with non-commercial or ESG organisations or projects is an advantage.

  • In-depth knowledge and rapid learning of AI software.
