WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

  • Lead APAC Organic Social Media Strategy:
    • Management of our channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat and more) in collaboration with global and regional team members
    • Content creation 
    • Social Calendar planning & development
    • Reporting, analysis and optimization
  • Support on market growth strategies
    • Development of in-market growth strategies in collaboration with Market Leads and key stakeholders
    • Identify channels and avenues for growth
    • Strategy & content localisation for market specific needs
  • APAC marketing calendar support:
    • Supporting on industry speaking opportunities, event participation, content releases, news announcements, PR
  • Internal communications and culture support:
    • Content development and support for newsletters, announcements and events 
    • Manage internal comms schedule with People team and key stakeholders
  • Thought Leadership content support
    • Working with agency business leads and key stakeholders to produce original thought leadership
    • Oversee TL calendar and support on project management
    • Quality control to ensure accuracy, design, brand voice and tone consistency
  • Agency award submissions
    • Partnering with client-facing teams on developing award-winning case study submissions

Requirements

THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing across APAC
  • You’re a marketing generalist at heart, and you understand the critical role marketing teams have in positioning businesses for the future
  • You are skilled at building relationships across disciplines within the agency as well as with notable partners in order to secure strategic marketing opportunities
  • You are a confident speaker and can sell-in ideas
  • You’re a skilled writer and content producer who can adapt your voice and writing style according to the task at hand, and you understand how to distill complex media and industry POVs into something compelling and distinct
  • You are passionate, experienced, and knowledgeable about digital marketing, media, branding, consulting, technology and data – including all the important challenges and opportunities facing modern brands today
  • You are willing to dig in during periods of rapid change and have an eye towards future-facing strategies that will strengthen our team’s regional and global approach
  • Experience using design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere
  • Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin preferred
