Position: Health Care Policy Writer
Working Hours & Time Zone: flexible, need to be able to communicate with an overlap of Mountain Time hours of 2 to 3 hours each day
Salary Range: USD 900-1200

Specific responsibilities include:
● Clearly and concisely writing compelling policies and procedures for Client regulatory
compliance deliverables
● Effectively managing time to ensure deliverables meet fixed external and internal
deadlines
● Keeping project manager(s) regularly apprised of the progress and status of all activities
● Staying abreast of emerging industry trends, legislation, and changes in the regulatory
environment that will impact our approach to developing successful policies
Requirements
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Journalism, English or commensurate education required
– 1-5 years relevant experience in writing within a healthcare setting or consulting role, a big plus if you have US healthcare regulation policy experience
– Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong problem solving and analytical skills
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues
– Experience with and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
– Demonstrated experience with projects that require both attention to detail and an understanding of the “bigger picture”
