Job Description

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Public Administration, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, Social Work, Political Science, or related field; and one to three years progressively responsible related experience required. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job, considered.

VACATION: No Vacation in first year of employment. Earn 6.67 hours per month.
After 1 year of Service – 1 additional day earned per year up to 4 weeks
Employees can ‘Roll Over’ 1 year’s plus 1 week vacation accrual from year to year. Credit may be given to new hires for prior government service for accruals.
PERSONAL LEAVE: Earn 2.67 hours per month.
In First Year of Service – Accrued monthly, up to 4 days per year
2 to 5 Years of Service – 4 days per year
5 Years and Over – 5 days per year
