The Role:

The salary range for this position is $85,000-100,000

We’re seeking an exceptional editor with strong motion graphics skills and an eye for design to enhance video projects with visually compelling graphics and refined aesthetics. This role is perfect for someone who can create engaging content for always-on social media channels for one of the world’s most well-known brands. If you excel in collaborative, newsroom style environments, your creative vision and technical expertise will be crucial in shaping the aesthetic of on-trend content across all social media platforms.

Reporting to our Head of Production and VP of Creative, this role is ideal for a creative editor/designer with a deep passion for entertainment (TV & film) and social media expertise. You have successful experience tailoring assets for multiple social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging and platform-specific. You are someone who excels in a collaborative environment, bringing innovative ideas to life while working with creative social teams. You’re someone who can manage multiple projects, and stays up to date on the latest trends in design and content creation. This role suits a communicator who is as comfortable sharing ideas and receiving feedback, aiming to produce the best work that resonates with diverse audiences.

You are:

  • Experienced as an editor and in motion design, with a hunger to always stay on the front foot of design trends and technology.
  • A safe pair of hands with a firm grasp on how to edit and design motion graphics over live action for social-first content. You know short-form video best practices and have a versatile and elevated eye.
  • Has experience concepting a design and storyboard for motion.
  • A whiz at Adobe Suite and Figma with understanding and skills in After Effects and Premiere.
  • Have proficient typography, color, animation, framing, and layout skillsets.
  • Exceptional in your delivery and attuned to working for creative leaders and global clients who have impeccable standards of creative excellence.
  • A creative beacon in work streams (and pitches), able to bring design excellence and direction to everything you touch, showcasing our commitment to inspiring, thought-provoking work in the digital and creative spheres.
  • Well versed in following a clear brief from the creative team and conceptual in your response where required. You don’t only answer the brief, you deliver creative options.
  • Able to produce high quality original assets to a brief that are unmatched in originality and execution, and can adapt existing assets where required.
  • Brand knowledgeable; you know when to add their style but can design within the right boundaries.
  • Well-versed in delivering across multiple media and platforms, specifically, ensuring that designs, graphics, and multimedia content align with briefs and exceed quality standards.
  • Well-versed in working to project timelines, from design concept to completion, guaranteeing delivery and budget adherence.
  • Adept at demonstrating the ability to not only answer the brief but push the brief, maintaining high creative standards that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Consistently deliver a range of design solutions – all on brief, in collaboration with the creative leads.
  • At home receiving constructive critique in reviews and can revise work promptly.
  • Passionate about design, art, and culture. With an eye for design and tech trends.
  • An overall team player who understands the busy nature of working within an agency.
  • Great at presenting and conveying your design ideas to your team, VP of Creative (and clients where appropriate).
  • Able to onboard constructive criticism and evolve design solutions to ensure progress.

As part of this role you will:

  • Help mentor a diverse team of visual designers and video editors, fostering a culture of creativity, and professional growth.
  • Attend daily/regular reviews with your project team (VP, Creative +) to ensure the work is top-level.
  • Attend weekly huddles within the design community, including monthly motion meet-ups.
  • Attend monthly meetings with the Creative and Experience Network.


  • At least 4 years of significant experience in creative roles within the agency environment, showcasing a history of elevating major brands through art and design.
  • A robust portfolio displaying a breadth of creative projects, exemplifying your ability to dream and design big, bold, and beautiful.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams outputting exceptional creative work, with a special focus on mastering both static and motion design.
  • Expertise in conceptualizing and realizing integrated campaigns that engage and captivate across diverse media and channels.
  • A proven ability to nurture a creative atmosphere, encouraging brainstorming and discussion that leads to groundbreaking solutions.
