This role:

We’re a quietly disruptive series B scale-up, and we want our copy and brand voice to start shouting a bit louder. As our Creative Copywriter, you’ll be tasked with refining and elevating our tone of voice and our brand messaging, as well as creating content that drives action. You’ll deliver our content strategy, responding to briefs and crafting content that speaks directly to our audience and aligns with our business goals. There will be space for creative thinking and adding your own secret sauce.

You’re a creative communication ace, with a growth mindset and a passion for crafting compelling copy and coming up with creative ideas. You’re also diligent about the details (very). You thrive in fast-paced environments, producing top-quality work.

  • Outdoor media that stands out

You can effortlessly switch between different channels and projects, handling multiple priorities.

You’re a quick learner who is comfortable engaging with teams across the business.

Experience in a creative agency is a big plus.

Requirements

We believe that creative content writers come from all walks of life, but to join our team, we ask that you bring at least three years of experience in copywriting and meet the criteria outlined:

  • Collaborative and excellent communicator: You’re a natural team player who excels at sharing ideas and motivating others. We value the power of collective creativity and clear, engaging dialogue. A key relationship will be collaborating with our Head of Design as a team on creative projects.
  • Driven to help craft a stand-out brand: Writing is your craft. It’s not just what you do; it’s part of who you are. But what drives you in your day-to-day is your passion to be part of a team that wants to build a compelling brand that stands out in a dated marketplace.
  • Super creative: You challenge the status quo, always thinking differently and pushing boundaries.
  • Strategic: Able to factor in the wider strategic landscape and customer insights.
  • Versatile and adaptable: You easily adapt to new channels and projects, thriving in varied and dynamic environments.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple priorities: You manage various tasks effectively and with poise.
  • Experience in a creative agency: Highly favourable. Your agency background has sharpened your creativity and understanding of diverse client demands.
  • Experience in a scale-up or start-up: Also useful.
  • Highly digitally and product savvy: You’re not just familiar with the digital world; you excel in it, using technology and insights to boost your creative output.
    • Growth mindset: You view every challenge as a chance to learn and grow.
