📋 Position summary:
As a Copywriter at Flint, you are the storyteller, the wordsmith who breathes life into our brand and our clients’ brand too. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and creating engaging content across various platforms. From compelling website copy to social media campaigns, your words will be the driving force behind our and our clients’ brand’s voice.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and impactful copy for various platforms and applications, including website content, social media, emails, adverts, eBooks, case studies, campaigns and more.
• Research and understand client’s needs, industries and target audiences, through online searches, subject-matter experts and in-person meetings.
• Produce editorial plans, content plans and content calendars that connects with the target audience, boosts engagement and builds brand awareness.
• Analyse and evaluate performance of content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, marketing, design, and strategy, to develop cohesive and effective communication and content strategies.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
• Research industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Edit and proofread copy, as needed.

Qualifications

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or certificate in relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a digital agency, including work with digital emphasis.
• Proven experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer or in a similar role.
• Impeccable detail to grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples across different channels.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams including designers and inbound marketers.
• Solid experience with SEO best practices.
• Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
• Excellent research skills.
