Job Description

ESC’s premier client is seeking a Copywriter to join their Brand Innovation Lab team. In this role you’ll be creating innovative, one-of-a-kind campaigns for a wide range of global brands, delivering clear, compelling narratives and copy for our advertisers. You’ll partner with art directors, designers, solutions managers, strategists, producers and sales partners to create innovative work .You’ll lead projects and own client relationships, focusing on creating work that benefits the end customer while pushing the creative envelope. And with new tech rolling out all the time, there’s always an opportunity to create something innovative on behalf of our clients.

This role will use data and insights to create campaign strategy and concepts, write copy, and develop scripts and templates for never-before-done brand experiences that will solve customer problems, on and off our client’s platforms. You have strong conceptual, presentation, storytelling and project management skills, as well as digital media, and of course, an acute attention to detail.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Concept, write and execute innovative ad campaigns and experiences for global brands
  • Partner with art directors, designers, program managers, developers strategists and producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives
  • Independently lead campaigns and collaborate with internal teams, clients and external agency partners
  • Present ideas and concepts to clients, agencies and internally

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional writing skills that demonstrate the ability to create campaign content that attracts, retains, and grows an audience
  • Experience in audio-only media
  • Data-driven and obsessed with understanding customers and making work that delivers results
  • Proven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential and social
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to make aggressive deadlines
  • Mentor and inspire younger designers and creatives
