Review articles and departments in layout and make changes as necessary. Work with editors, art directors, and production staff at all stages of the process. Read and edit online posts, copyedit weekly newsletters and promotional material. Index, archive, and write abstracts/article descriptions for all print content. Position Qualifications: 3+ years of editorial production experience. Hands-on working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign. Solid organizational, communication, and production skills. Excellent project management skills able to juggle multiple priorities, respond to special quick turnaround projects, and successfully hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
