Description
- Lead and Manage Content Team: Supervise a team of content writers, editors, and remote team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and product teams to develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with company goals.
- Content Creation & Editing: Write, review, and edit a variety of content types including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and social media posts.
- Editorial Oversight: Establish and enforce editorial standards and brand voice across all written materials.
- Performance Monitoring: Track content performance using analytics tools; optimize content based on SEO insights and engagement metrics.
- Training & Development: Provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and organize training sessions to improve team skills.
- Project Management: Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketing teams to create engaging and integrated campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Immaculate writing skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience (2 years as a team lead)
- Strong research, writing, and editing skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
