Steyer Content is a full-service content agency that uses world-class writing, video, code, and design to create transformative experiences that build trust and grow revenue for our clients. We plan, create, and optimize business content that works for today.

We are looking for a content writer to join one of our large, Redmond-based tech client’s teams. In this role, you will create communication and readiness material that supports key projects. You will write content that is clear, concise, and requires minimal editing from Content Publishers. You will manage content deliverables (i.e. printable user guides, web content, blogs, emails, video scripts, social content, and promotional materials for internal marketing channels) from start to finish. You will also review information provided by stakeholders; analyze for information gaps and contact stakeholders as needed, while also attend key meetings with End User Engagement Experiences team and stakeholders as needed.

If you are the right fit, you have the ability to take complex (often incomplete) information from stakeholders and transform it into clear, easy-to-consume user guidance. You are comfortable working in a fast-moving, quickly evolving environment while also focusing on the “big picture” with a sharp eye for detail. You are very comfortable “owning” deliverables and making decisions on content.

This is a remote, full-time, 9-month contract with possibility of extension. We’ll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role.   • 5+ years experience content writing

  • 5+ years experience using Microsoft 365 products (i.e. Microsoft Teams, Yammer, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to self-manage workload and priorities and provide updates on progress

  • Background running promotions and publishing pages in modern SharePoint.

Pay rate range, depending on experience level: $50-54/hr. W2.
