Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for social media, email campaigns, and sales marketing materials.
- Write blog posts, articles, and case studies to support our inbound marketing efforts.
- Create concise and impactful ad copy for email campaigns, blog posts and articles for our website.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies across all platforms.
- Experienced in keyword research to maximize reach and exposure to web and social content.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content for maximum reach and impact.
- Draft compelling email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Ensure email content aligns with brand tone, target audience, and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate on A/B testing strategies to improve open and click-through rates.
- Write sales collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, and presentations.
- Partner with the sales team to understand their needs and deliver content that supports lead conversion.
- Leverage HubSpot tools to create, distribute, and track marketing campaigns.
- Monitor analytics to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content writing for social media, email marketing, and sales campaigns.
- Experience writing content in the US real estate, property management or medical fields is a plus
- Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences and platforms.
- Expert in SEO best practices is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
