Job Description
Role: Content Marketing Manager
Commitment: Full Time + for a High-Tech SaaS Company
Reports to: Director, Marketing
Direct Reports: none (You will be managing projects with contributing writers, as well as our SEO agency)
Location: Remote . Candidates based in the East Coast Time Zone will be prioritized | Miami, Florida Headquarters
Travel: Once per quarter for team meetings
Tech Stack: G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jasper AI, Buffer (social media), & Confluence (documentation)
Near Term Performance Objective for the Role:

While directly managing our SEO Agency, create optimized blog posts to increase our organic website traffic and search keyword rankings
-
Create and execute on an engagement strategy for our social media profiles, including industry-specific ‘tech socials’, to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility
-
Build a library of customer testimonials, including quotes, logo usage, and success stories by theme/audience. Interview customers, draft the success stories, and publish them on our website.

Create Industry Leading Thought-Leadership Content for technology/IT focused audience

Serve as the company-wide go-to resource for Content Creation & Contributor Management, leveraging AI at every opportunity.

You’ll be successful by doing the following things:
Leadership & Collaboration

Project Management: Lead major content projects, collaborating and driving cross-functional partnerships, keeping everyone involved on track to reach deadlines.

Collaboration: Manage the content review process, interview internal SMEs, and source external resources to contribute to Addigy content as needed
Content Strategy
-
Content Calendar: Conceive, plan, and develop an array of content marketing assets that resonate with our buyers and align with overarching business objectives
-
Search Engine Optimization: Spearhead SEO progress reporting and use rankings and trends to increase web traffic through timely, highly relevant articles and offers

Artificial Intelligence: Optimize content creation leveraging AI, driving greater efficiency in the production process
Content Creation

Writing / Editing: Review and edit copy written by others internally or by AI to ensure a consistent voice, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines

Thought Leadership Content: Create both short and long-form assets including web copy, email campaigns, social posts, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, interactive elements, etc.
Social Media Management

Page Management: Ensure a steady stream of relevant, engaging posts on all social profiles aligning to Sales strategy and Lead Gen efforts.

Brand Ambassadors: Identify and support the content needs of internal ambassadors and influencers on social media
Scorecard: In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each month:

Organic Website Traffic: Track effectiveness of blogs and SEO work on overall web traffic and website conversion rates

SEO Rankings: Growth in search engine visibility and rankings overall and compared to competitors
-
Social Media Followers/Engagers: Growth in followers on social media and industry-specific ‘tech-socials’, as well as increased engagement with posts
-
Lead Generation: Work with Growth Marketing and Marketing Operations to identify content impact on lead generation
Your Possible Background:
-
Subject Matter Expertise: Content Marketing roles in B2B SaaS for 3+ years, preferably selling complex IT solutions. Understanding of Content Marketing best practices. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong technical background or Apple expertise.

Leadership Skills: Experience leading projects with cross-functional contributors. Manage external contractor relationships.

Communication Skills: Addigy has a fully remote team. You’ll need to be a generous, proactive communicator for all levels of our organization.

Organizational Skills: Working with a sense of urgency, you’ll leverage your strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time, without losing track of deliverables

Detail Oriented: Excellent writer with an eye for detail – can catch typos and poorly worded sentences from a mile away
Compensation: Your success will be measured and recognized through base compensation and an annual bonus based on both personal and company performance.

You and your manager will set quarterly Rocks/performance milestones at the beginning of each quarter. At the end of each quarter, you’ll review your progress during your Quarterly Conversation.

Prepare for and participate in Weekly 1:1 meetings with your manager.

Capture your measurable results on a weekly scorecard in Ninety.io.

Prepare for and participate in all weekly D10 Team Meetings.

Attend All Hands Meetings and other company events as requested.

Attend other cross-functional team meetings as requested.
