Neo Group is on the lookout for a Content Editor to join our Content Team in Ta’Xbiex, Malta.

We will entrust you with the following responsibilities:

• Maintain adherence of our Brand Book and Tone and Voice Guidelines for all Markets;
• Work closely with the Content Team and Content Manager in order to align strategies for overall marketing goals;
• Review and edit existing copy localization to ensure it meets our editorial standards and SEO guidelines
• Correct grammatical, punctuation, and typographical errors in localized texts;
• QA a variety of communications, including sites, social media channels, newsletters, emails, and blogs;
• Monitor the skills of localization writers and provide feedback to the Content Manager;
• Review and approve social media posts;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging topics to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging;
• Address localization challenges and ensure content is effectively adapted for the target market;

• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of localized content
• Ability to conduct research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and culturally appropriate
• Ability to provide clear feedback and guidance to translators and other team members
• Excellent written and spoken skills in English
• Outstanding written and spoken skills in at least two other languages from the following list: Portuguese, French, Greek, Spanish, German or Italian.
• Strong organizational skills to manage workflows, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of localized content
• Strong editing & proofreading skills
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to translation quality and process optimization.
