Content Editor

Description du poste

• Content writing with a focus on CRM materials (email, articles, push notification…).
• Basic HTML knowledge, with capacity to modify email templates.
• High level in English, French knowledge could be a plus.
• Produce contents for tactical CRM campaigns for the launch of new products, promotion on purchasing etc.
• Collaborate with other teams to create contents in the CRM Contact Plan, providing descriptions on connected services.
• Manage external agencies for the creation of new CRM email communication and rework the html email template when an urgent situation must be fixed internally.

Qualifications

• Engineer bac+5 /Management & Business Bac+5
• VERY GOOD level of english
• experience in a similar role in structured companies or marketing agencies.
