We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes social content. This role is all about speed, volume, and impact—your mission is to dominate the top of the funnel with content that grabs attention and drives massive awareness. If you’re a pro at creating high-engagement content in the fitness, health, wellness, or beauty space, and can churn out high-quality work at lightning speed, we want you.

What Your Role Will Involve:

  1. Crush Top-of-Funnel Content (60%):
    Lead the charge in creating quick-turnaround, high-volume social content that puts our brand on the map. Your focus is on producing scroll-stopping videos and posts that build brand awareness and spark initial interest across social platforms, primarily TikTok and Instagram.
  2. Drive Middle and Bottom-of-Funnel Engagement (10%):
    Work with the marketing team to create content that builds brand loyalty and drives conversions. Your content will push potential customers down the funnel and turn interest into action.
  3. End-to-End Content Production (30%):
    Own the content creation process from start to finish—concept, shoot, edit, and publish. You’ll make sure everything is on-brand, optimized for performance, and delivered on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Ideation:
    Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand goals, focusing on creating high-impact content that drives awareness and engagement.
  • Content Creation:
    Produce high-quality, engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms, including videos, images, stories, and posts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Content Optimization:
    Continuously monitor content performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Trend Analysis:
    Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our content strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with internal teams to ensure our content strategy hits the mark. You’ll keep everyone aligned and focused on delivering measurable results.
  • Performance Reporting:
    Track and report on key content metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Creative Development:
    Innovate and experiment with new content formats and ideas to keep our social media presence fresh and engaging.
  • Brand Advocacy:
    Serve as a brand advocate in all content, ensuring consistency in voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.

  • Proven Social Media Success:
    You’ve grown social accounts (TikTok and Instagram) in the fitness, health, wellness, or beauty space with content that drives engagement and awareness.
  • Content Mastery:
    You see the world in content pillars, types, and formats. You’re a pro at creating content that resonates at every stage of the funnel, with a laser focus on top-of-funnel impact.
  • Speed and Volume:
    You work fast and deliver high-impact content without sacrificing quality. You’re an expert with video editing tools and can turn ideas into polished content in no time.
  • Strategic and Results-Driven:
    You balance creativity with strategy, always aiming for content that moves the needle on brand goals.
  • Team Player:
    You’re a great communicator who can juggle multiple projects and keep everything on track. Collaboration is your middle name.

Interview Process:

Our aim is to keep the interview process as straightforward and enjoyable as possible, and will consist of the following stages:

2. Introductory chat with founder, Charlie Wright (30-minute video call)

3. Take Home Task (60 minutes)

4. Chat with Brand team (30-minute video call)

5. Final call with founder, Charlie Wright (up to 60 minutes)
