Role Overview:

This is an integral role at ToucanTech to oversee our marketing content and conference programme. You will be responsible for telling the stories of our customers, focusing on how they use the ToucanTech software to make a positive impact for their organisations. We’re looking for a talented writer who is a self-starter, inquisitive and creative and who can orchestrate regular content for a variety of channels and formats (articles, interviews, videos, social posts, speaker presentations, webinars, newsletters, testimonials etc).

You will be part of our Customer Team. ToucanTech also has staff working in design, product, data, sales, marketing, operations, and customer support.


Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills to manage an annual conference programme (about 15 events in different locations, involving exhibition stands and speaker sessions)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Technical product aptitude (to describe workflows accurately)
  • Creative flair (to make your content interesting and enticing)
  • Journalistic confidence (to liaise with experienced professionals across our customer base)
  • Commercial marketing skills (to understand our target audiences and source the best content and maximize conference/ event opportunities to drive our business growth goals)
