  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the field of communication in media, corporate, or agency environment I Top Talent in every role

You will ๐Ÿ“ฒ

  • โ€‹โ€‹Strategy โ†’ Lead the formulation and execution of right communication strategies for Hike, aligning initiatives with long-term company goals. Drive innovation to elevate Hike’s positioning in the gaming and web3 space. 
  • Strategy โ†’ Create, execute, and guide communications strategy for a wide range of launches, announcements, and significant communications initiatives to support strategic business objectives 
  • โ€‹โ€‹Strategy โ†’Step up as the go-to decision-maker in challenging times, addressing emerging issues and crises for Hike. Lead the charge by developing and executing crisis communication plans to minimize risks, ensuring Hike maintains a positive public image even during turbulent situations.
  • Strategy โ†’ Ensure one stitched story and narrative is out there across all external and owned media channels  communication channels – online creative, social media & own media (Twitter, Newsletters, Blogs, Instagram, Linkedin, Glassdoor, Medium, and Website) 
  • Operations โ†’ Driving storytelling and narrative/position development around Hike & Rush 
  • Collaboration โ†’ Cultivate and manage relationships with top-tier journalists, influencers, and media outlets, implementing effective strategies for high-impact placements. Leverage an extensive network within the media and journalism sphere to amplify Hike’s growth narrative.
  • Collaboration โ†’ Communicate complex technology, concepts in clear and concise ways to technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Strategy โ†’ Build up & own a plan for the Founder & CEO to support & scale his brand 
  • Collaboration โ†’ Collaborate seamlessly with various departments to synchronize internal communication efforts, ensuring a unified approach that aligns with company-wide goals.
  • Collaboration โ†’ Lead the development of internal communication strategies that highlight messages from the CEO Office and People Team to employees, crafting an integrated internal communication framework that underscores the companyโ€™s goals and principles.
  • Collaboration โ†’ Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure effective implementation of employer brand/people marketing initiatives
  • Operations โ†’ Drive hands-on execution across operational and strategic tasks, ensuring direct involvement for a comprehensive and impactful approach
  • Strategy โ†’ Evaluating the competitive landscape and recommending strategies that enable the organization to differentiate itself and own the narrative.
