Role Snapshot

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will collaborate with Founders, Functional Heads, and Execution Leaders to build a healthcare brand and business from the ground up and drive impactful communication and advertising strategies. This is a core horizontal role which will cut across multiple portfolio companies and is critical to the success of the companies and studio operations.

Responsibilities

Brand Identity and Positioning:

  • Build a brand from the ground up, creating a compelling brand world by deeply understanding the consumer journey and uncovering powerful insights.

Marketing and Communications:

  • Develop a comprehensive omni-channel communication strategy aligned with the portfolio company’s objectives and brand positioning
  • Identify target audiences, and market segments to formulate key messaging that effectively addresses customer needs and pain points
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform and refine messaging

Team and Agency Management:

  • Ability to manage a team of designers, writers & videographers to constantly improve, enhance content to maximize campaign ROIs.
  • Lead the content creation process with a strategic mindset, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and customer voice, while evoking meaningful insights.
  • Liaise with content agency/internal team produce advertising content (statics and videos), and own the content calendar/delivery timelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with internal studio teams and portfolio companies, particularly with the offline sales and performance marketing heads, to ensure seamless and cohesive execution of all brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the product team on CLM drips, and coordinate on both offline and digital marketing initiatives.

Senior Stakeholder Navigation:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the founders, providing strategic insights and guidance, while also acting as a navigator of marketing principles and intelligence to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

Skills and Traits

  • Proven experience in online advertising, particularly with Google and Meta, including both content production and ROI assessment.
  • Strong, intrinsic ability to uncover consumer insights throughout the entire marketing and growth journey of the company
  • Past experience in 0-1/1-10 companies and hence ability to thrive in fast-paced, continuously evolving, frugal environment.
  • Intrinsic leadership & coaching acumen to drive high quality outcomes as well as upskill the team of creatives including writers, designers, videographers.
  • Maturity and sensibility of dealing with senior stakeholders and driving important decisions

Experience Pre-Requisites

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience
  • MBA – Marketing from a relevant B-school
  • Past experience in D2C/Agency for creating a brand identity from scratch
  • Past Experience in content marketing of a relevant new age D2C/FMCG company working with digital marketing team
  • Past healthcare is a plus. (Not Mandatory)
  • Past experience in Offline Marketing and Events is a plus (Not mandatory)
