This role will be part of a Solution Leadership team in the Office of the CTO and will help support and build Version 1 market presence and outcomes in relevant sectors and across key service lines (Application Modernisation, Cloud Transformation, Managed Services). Will have responsibility for assisting in the delivery of technology pre-sales, bids and proposals and supporting commercial and delivery teams to define, present and price technology solutions to customers and prospects.

Role will support pre-sales activity globally but particularly in UK, Ireland, USA initiatives.



  • Relevant technology and architecture knowledge and experience 3 years applicable to a range of Version 1 capabilities (Cloud, Data, Digital, Oracle) and platforms e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of software development (.Net, Java) Agile) and delivery methodologies. -Previous solution Architecture experience
  • Some practical knowledge and experience of designing and delivering Artificial Intelligence solutions across data and user facing contexts (desired – not essential) -Demonstrable technical pre-sales experience, preferably in Microsoft, AWS, Oracle technologies

Business Skills:

  • Good presentation and communication skills (proven customer presentation experience) Proven experience of designing and delivering financial services solutions (insurance, capital markets)
  • Experience of working and delivering solutions in an international and global context (desired – not essential).


  • Self-starter – able to work independently or in small virtual teams to achieve outcomes.
  • Able to self-manage and prioritise activity to hit key deadlines.
  • Able to work with remote or hybrid teams
