Key Responsibilities

  • &nbspCraft Compelling B2B Copy: Write clear and persuasive English copy that effectively communicates our value proposition to business audiences, promoting our products and services.
  • &nbspMaintain Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in tone, style, and visuals across all B2B content, aligning with brand guidelines and target audience expectations.
  • &nbspDevelop Structured Drafts: Create well-organised drafts using Content Management Systems (CMS) for blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other B2B content formats.
  • &nbspProofread and Edit: Refine and polish content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and alignment with B2B best practices before publication.
  • &nbspCollaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to enhance content with visuals and supporting materials tailored to professional audiences.
  • &nbspLeverage SEO Expertise: Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms and implement SEO strategies to drive traffic and increase visibility among decision-makers.
  • &nbspPromote Thought Leadership: Share content on professional platforms like LinkedIn and industry-specific forums to establish credibility and drive engagement.
  • &nbspAddress Customer Pain Points: Identify gaps in our content and recommend topics that address the specific needs and challenges faced by our business clients.
  • &nbspOptimise Website Content: Regularly update website copy to ensure relevance, clarity, and alignment with current B2B trends and customer preferences.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • &nbspExceptional Writing and Editing Skills in English: Demonstrated ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content tailored to a B2B audience, with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • &nbspB2B Content Expertise: Proven experience in content writing for business audiences, preferably in technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or other B2B industries.
  • &nbspResearch Savvy: Strong ability to conduct in-depth research across multiple sources, including industry reports, whitepapers, and competitor content, to produce authoritative and well-informed copy.
  • &nbspDeadline-Oriented: Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • &nbspStrategic Thinking: Understanding of B2B buyer personas, decision-making processes, and the ability to craft content that addresses their specific pain points and challenges.
  • &nbspSEO Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B SEO strategies, keyword research, and content optimisation techniques to improve search engine visibility.
  • &nbspAnalytical Mindset: Ability to evaluate content performance metrics and use insights to refine and enhance future content strategies.
  • &nbspEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field. Additional certifications in content marketing or SEO are a plus.
