Requirements
About You
Essential requirements for the role are:
- An undergraduate degree level qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent). Postgraduate qualifications (minimum 2.1 or equivalent) would be an advantage, but they are not a requirement for the role. We welcome applications from candidates with a diverse range of specialisms.
- An aptitude for, and experience of, planning and writing scientific documents
- A self-motivated and enthusiastic approach, with a genuine interest in healthcare
- An exceptional level of attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Exceptional written English and effective verbal communication
- The ability to tailor communication to various audiences
- A proactive mindset and collaborative approach
- The self-awareness to reflect on work and a willingness to develop your career
- A willingness to contribute to the wider team
- Embodying Costello Medical values, including delivering quality work and integrity
- Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
