As a Senior Technical Writer, you will play a key role in crafting clear and effective user documentation that empowers teams to get the most out of enterprise-grade productivity tools. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and customer support teams to create and maintain high-quality user guides, release notes, and UX content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, agile environment and can translate technical details into content that drives user success across diverse audiences and products.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality, task-based technical documentation for users, administrators, and developers.
- Continuously review and improve existing content to enhance clarity and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify documentation needs and deliver timely, relevant content.
- Manage simultaneous documentation projects across multiple software products.
- Become deeply familiar with product functionality and user workflows to ensure accuracy and value in content creation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a technical writer with a strong track record in complex software environments.
- Proven ability to understand and simplify technical concepts for different audiences.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with exceptional attention to detail and clarity.
- Experience collaborating with developers, designers, and product teams to refine UX text and visual documentation.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira for content tracking and agile collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple projects.
