Description

Join Reform and help shape how we speak, write, and connect with people — across every moment of their journey with us.

About us:
We design kitchens and storage solutions. Rooted in Scandinavian design principles, we collaborate with internationally acclaimed architects and designers to create spaces that are accessible, personal, and built to last.

We believe beauty lives in the daily rituals — morning coffee, shared meals, quiet moments — and that good design should support those moments without overshadowing them.

As a B Corp-certified company since 2023, we are committed to meeting high standards of social and environmental responsibility while continuing to challenge conventions in our industry.

Curiosity, collaboration, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for how people actually live define who we are — and what we make.

Your Role
We’re looking for a thoughtful and creative Brand Communications Manager to join our Copenhagen-based marketing team.

You’ll manage and execute our communication efforts across Reform’s owned and paid channels — from Instagram and LinkedIn to newsletters and landing pages — and play a central role in shaping our brand voice as it continues to evolve.

You’ll help us tell stories that are rooted in real life, in design, in daily rituals. You’ll write often, think visually, and bring clarity and emotional resonance to everything you touch.

Please note: This role owns all non-press brand communications — including organic social, email marketing, and our written brand voice across owned and paid channels. You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of PR, who oversees press, media relations, and brand partnerships.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work alongside a curious, collaborative team of marketers, creatives, and brand thinkers.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Reform’s organic social media presence from concept and planning to posting and engaging with our community through comments and direct messages.
  • Own the global newsletter setup — including recurring formats, automated flows, and campaign-specific sends.
  • Serve as Reform’s lead copywriter across digital channels (e.g. owned and paid), crafting content for newsletters, social platforms, landing pages, and journal stories.
  • Ideate and co-develop new brand-aligned content formats across categories like food, people, spaces, materials, and contemporary living — and propose fresh directions that help us evolve how we tell stories at Reform.
  • Collaborate across the marketing team to plan and build landing pages that combine strong storytelling, intuitive flow, and thoughtful user experience.
  • Partner with our PR and regional teams to ensure that content feels globally consistent while locally relevant.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strong brand cases for owned, earned, and paid media.
  • Help refine and implement our tone of voice guidelines — and serve as a voice of consistency across the organization.

Requirements

About You

  • You have 3–7 years of experience working with social media, editorial content, copywriting, or brand storytelling — ideally in the design, lifestyle, or cultural space.
  • You’re a confident, concise, and emotionally intelligent writer — with an exceptionally high level of English. Whether you’re a native speaker or not, you can adapt tone, voice, and nuance to fit Reform’s warm, refined communication style. You understand how to write with tone — not just for clarity, but for feeling.
  • You’re conceptually strong — able to come up with simple but original ways to tell a story, introduce a collection, or shape a campaign.
  • You enjoy creating structure — editorial calendars, content frameworks, or recurring formats.
  • You have a deep appreciation for design, architecture, craftsmanship, and the way people live in real spaces.
  • You’re proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership while collaborating closely across disciplines.
  • You’re comfortable learning new platforms and tools as needed — we care more about how you think and write than which software you’ve used.

Benefits

  • A meaningful role in a design-driven, globally minded company with a strong brand and ambitious vision.
  • A collaborative and creative team environment — where ideas are valued, and voices are heard.
  • The opportunity to shape how a leading design brand communicates across its global markets.
  • An office in Copenhagen — close to cultural life, public transport, and many of the kitchens and spaces we’ve helped bring to life.
