💼 What You’ll Do

As our Demand Writer, you’ll be the voice behind every case. You’ll transform records, reports, and facts into powerful, persuasive demand letters that highlight our clients’ suffering and fight for the compensation they deserve.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Drafting persuasive demand letters using medical records, bills, accident reports, photos, and client statements
  • Summarizing medical treatments, diagnoses, and long-term care needs
  • Working closely with case managers and attorneys to ensure every detail is included
  • Highlighting non-economic damages like pain, emotional distress, and quality of life impact
  • Tailoring demand strategies to specific case types (e.g., auto accidents, dog bites, premises liability)
  • Revising drafts based on attorney feedback
  • Managing deadlines and tracking demand completions
  • Upholding confidentiality and legal accuracy in all written content

Requirements

📌 What You Bring to the Table

  • 1–3 years’ experience writing personal injury demands (plaintiff-side preferred)
  • Knowledge of bodily injury claims and medical terminology
  • Strong legal writing and grammar skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet fast-paced deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent at multitasking
  • Paralegal certification or legal education is a plus
